Policies
ALL hair must be dropped off 3 days before appointment date. PLEASE attach A NOTE of your NAME, SERVICE YOU ARE BOOKING FOR, and APPOINTMENT DATE to your wig
DEPOSITS:
•A non refundable $20 deposit is required to secure booking- (Must be paid to the zelle #: 301-851-1828)
• Deposits must be sent 24 hours within your booking period or your slot will be cancelled
•After your deposit payment ,please make sure you text me and tell me the service you booked for
LOCATION
-Appointments are taken in both Hyattsville and Towson Location. Both alternate and updates about location are posted with each month booking. Address sent in email confirmation is subject to change and if confused about which location ur appointment will be In and you miss the update please CONTACT me
INSTALL SERVICES
Please come with your hair washed and fully blowdryed for all services
Your wig/ hair piece(closure/ frontal)must be dropped off 2-3 days before your appointment . Failure to meet the required drop period for last minute appointments , are treated as same day appt which add a $15 up charge to your appointment.
Please be sure to bring a foundation/powder in your skin tone the day of your appointment
For color services, you have to stay communicated with me and send the look you are trying to achieve, based on the look you will receive the payment price
SQUEEZE-IN fees are an ADDITIONAL $30 , anytime outside my working hours of 10 am-9pm is considered a squeeze in appointment
Late policy: Additional fee of $15 must be paid if you are 10 minutes late.

REINSTALL SERVICES
When booking for this service, the wig has to be washed and any glue residue MUST be cleaned off from the lace
Do not book for a reinstall service if the wig was not originally installed by me without checking in with me first
For Reinstalls on units not originally installed by ME it is an additional $15
HD lace or transparent lace are highly recommended to achieve better natural like results. Dm or text me for some suggestions of where to purchase the hair from
